AA in Arts & Sciences
The Pace University Online Associate of Arts (AA) in Arts and Sciences degree is available to eligible Federal employees through the Federal Academic Alliance program.
Students may choose between a humanities concentration or a social sciences concentration when determining their course of study in the AA program. This part-time online degree path offers flexibility and personalization with a broad range of elective courses.
As a Pace University Online student pursuing an AA, you’ll have the opportunity to design your own curriculum with an advisor. Enroll in a variety of exciting classes geared toward your interests and professional goals, such as:
- Writing for the Professions
- Introduction to Computing
- Public Speaking
- Mathematics for Life
Curriculum

- 60 credits
Most students complete the Associate in Arts in General Arts and Sciences in two to three years depending on transfer and PLA credits awarded. Students can transfer up to 30 credits from an accredited institution and may be eligible to gain college credit from life/work experience once enrolled. Additional eligible credits can be transferred to a subsequent Pace bachelor’s degree program after review by Admission.
